“Inauguration of the science forum activities” 2018-19 was conducted on 31/7/2018 Dr. I S. Katgeri Associate Director of research RARS Vijayapur was the chief guest for the function Smt. S.G. Mahaldar principal of Anjuman Degree college preside over the function and all the science staff and students were present in the function.

Dept. Of Commerce Anjuman Degree College Vijayapur entered in to Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (SIBER) Kolhapur Maharashtra. SIBER is rated by NAAC with A+ grade.
Premchand Jayanti Celebration
Dept. of Hindi has celebrated Premchand Jayanti on 31st July, 2018. Chief Guest Dr. S. T. Merwade highlighted his life and his contributions towards Hindi Literature. He said that Premchand was the writer of common people. Dr. S. J. Jahagirdar introduction the guest Prof. M. A. Peeran proposed vote of thanks.

“Inauguration of the ladies forum activities ” conducted on 9/8/2018 smt. Seema vikunte Advocate Vijayapur was the chief guest Prof. (Smt.) S.G. Mahaldar principal of Anjuman Degree College Vijayapur preside over the function all the ladies staff and 400 students were present in the function.
NSS and RRC Inaugural
The NSS and RRC activities of Anjuman Degree College VIJAYAPUR Karnataka was inaugurated on 8th August 2018 by Shri.Hashimpeer Walikar President of KPCC, Prof.H.M.Sajjade NSS Nodal Officer Vijayapur and Shri.Baburao Talwar. Shri.Hashimpeer. Walikar stressed on the role of youths in uplifting the society by engaging themselves in selfless services. Prof.H.M.Sajjade highlighted on the various advantages and significance of NSS in the life of a NSS VOLUNTEER. Shri.Baburao Talwar mentioned the need and role of RRC in today’s fast changing world. NSS Programme Officers Prof M .A.Peeran and Dr.(Smt) Ruqqia along with NSS Student Leaders Miss.Shehnaz.Fatima. and Km. Abusami. Nagdekar were present on the occasion.
