“Gold Medal Award” 

Mr. Siddu M Bidari, Mr. Ramanna Chyapi & Mr. Subhash Harijan studying in B.A-I Sem Anjuman Arts, Science, Commerce College & PG Studies in English, Vijaypur. They got Gold Medal in Judo in 55kg, 60Kg & 65Kg category of Rani Channamma University, Belagavi Inter Collegiate Tournament held at Anjuman Arts & Commerce College Belagavi. Further they has selected for University Camp which is lead to Inter University Tournament to be held at Panjab University, Chandighad Prof.Smt.S.G.Mahaldar, Principal of Anjuman Arts, Science, Commerce College & PG Studies in English, Vijaypur & Physical Director Arif Hussain Inamdar and staff members congratulated him.

Celebration of International Yoga Day

IFTAR PARTY

            Anjuman Arts, Science & Commerce College, Vijayapur organized an Iftar Aprty on monay 21^st June 2017, on the college campus. Dignitaris from different strata of society invited for this programme.

This progarmme was organized to spread the message of peace, tolerance & harmony among the people. The refences which promote harmony are derived form different religions like Islam, Christianity, Hinduism. The ideas of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan and Shri Basaveshwar were also highlighted.

The programme started with recitation from Holy QURAN by Moulana Abubakar Ashrafi.

Dr.Abdus Sattar, Principal of the college welcomed the gathering and highlighted the need of such events, which promote integration and to convey the message of islam for peace and tolerance.

Janab Mehboob Ali Balganur, Principal, Anjuman P. U. College, Sindagi. spoke on the importance of fasting, and need for national integration.

Prof.Syed Yusuf Hussaini HOD of Arabic Dept., very eloquently expressed viwes on fasting and conveyed the message of Isalm on humanity.

Prof.S.S.Doulatkoti HOD, Urdu Dept. proposed vote of thanks.Prof.Syed Rizwan, compeered the programe.

The programme’s success was due to the encouragment and support by our Hon’ble Chairman Ali Janab Sayed Mehmood Peeran Hussaini Hashmi Peerzade. Similarly Janab Al-Hajj Mehboob Quadri Mushrif Chairman Anjuman PU College, Janab sayed Jainul Abidin peerzade, and Dr.R.A.Pathan Retired Principal of this College, graced the occasion.

Under the joint auspices of Anjuman Degree College Bijapur and Deccan Environmental and Research Organisation, Vijayapur and International conference held on 28^th August 2017.  Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Dr. Sayed Naimatullah Hussaini, TAIF University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, delivered keynote address on this occasion.  Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad spoke on Environmental challenges.   In his deliberation he extensively focused on those areas that cause Environmental disaster like as, Expanding urban areas with more Concrete buildings, Excess use of fertilizers, deforestation mismanagement of Electronic Waste and polymer products.  He expressed his concern for lack of Environment awareness programmes.  In his address he called for immediate attention and care for Environment awareness on the part of the government, academicians  and general public as well.  He said proper programmes and policies to tap those areas responsible for Environmental damage and take the help of research and technology to address this grave issue.

Dr. Syed Naimatullah Hussaini, in speech focused on Computer technology and other softwares, be used judiciously  to further the cause of good Education and quality research in higher Education institution in India.

Dr. Abdus Sattar principal of the college, in his presidential address, holds deforestation as Main Cause for Environmental disaster.  He said Excess use of fertilizers, not only affects the health of the environment but the health of human beings as well.  He called for clean and green atmosphere all over the country.  He lauded “Swacha Bharat Abhiyan” is right step in this direction.

During the day long conference technical sessions were held on three main thrust areas like humanities, Science and Technology.   Dr. S.J.Jahagirdar, Dr, I.G.Ruqqia, Prof. Syed Wajid Peerzade and Dr. A.N.Chatterki chaired the sessions respectively.  Dr. Saleem Desai proposed vote of thanks.  The conference concluded with valedictory programme.
